Our manufacturing plants must guarantee the necessary level of repeatability of the processes, thus ensuring that customer requirements are always met.

The company is strongly focused on the use of the best process technologies made available by the state of the art. Without this, it would be impossible to meet the high quality standards required for our products.

As an extra measure, the main manufacturing processes are also monitored on a daily basis to ensure total control of the advancement of the orders through the production line. The logistic department, integrated with the customer, is capable of daily monitoring the status of the supplies.

Mivv is fully aware that in order to meet customer expectations on quality and efficiency, internal technologies, machines and processes must be renewed constantly.

Mivv sources the following processes internally:

• metal sheet forming and processing
• tube bending and deformation
• assembly, tig and mig welding
• surface finish and painting
